In-Tents Events services all of South East Queensland. Setup is fully managed — our crew handles install, configuration, and pack-down, leaving your team to focus entirely on the event. For multi-day corporate events and conferences, extended hire rates are available.

How much does a corporate marquee cost? +
From $550 for the smallest structure. A typical corporate event (8x9m, Pack 3 with flooring, lighting, and dancefloor) is $3,440 plus delivery and setup. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your guest count and requirements.
Can you install in a car park or on concrete? +
Yes. We use concrete ballast blocks for non-grass surfaces — no drilling required. Concrete, pavers, and compacted gravel all work.
Can you do same-week corporate bookings? +
Sometimes — call Joe on 0435 642 592 to check availability. Weekday events often have more flexibility than weekend dates.
Do you supply furniture for corporate functions? +
Yes. Cocktail tables ($30), bar stools ($10), trestle tables, round tables, and chairs. We supply a full furniture quote alongside the marquee pricing.
Can you provide a branded setup? +
We supply the structure, flooring, and lighting. Branding, signage, and decoration are supplied by you or your event stylist — our clearspan interior gives them a clean canvas to work with.
