Our Story
In-Tents Events started because Kane got sick of watching event hire companies deliver flimsy pop-up gazebos and call them marquees. He'd seen what a proper clearspan structure looked like — no centre poles, rated for wind, with walls that actually seal — and figured Brisbane deserved access to that without the corporate hire-company runaround.
The first marquee went up in 2022. Since then we've built the inventory around clearspan aluminium structures — the kind that don't bow under a summer storm or look embarrassing in photos. No PVC gazebos. No hired-in gear from another operator. Our equipment, our crew.
We're based in Bray Park and have delivered 314+ events across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, and most of South East Queensland. Weddings, corporates, birthdays, community events, festivals — if it's outdoors and needs a roof, we've probably done something like it.
The Crew
Kane Andreoli Stegert
Owner & Setup Lead
Runs the on-ground operation — site assessment, structural setup, crew coordination. If something goes sideways at 7am on a Saturday, Kane's the one fixing it.
Joe Lawrence
Director of Bookings & Marketing
First point of contact for quotes, bookings, and logistics. Joe's the one who'll answer your call, remember your event date, and keep the job brief tight from deposit to delivery.
