What size backyard do I need?+
Our smallest clearspan is 3×3m — fits most suburban yards. For 30–50 guests a 6×9m is the most common setup. Send us a photo and we'll tell you exactly what fits.
Can you set up on concrete or paving?+
Yes. We use ground anchors on concrete and ballast weights on paved areas. No damage to your surface.
Do I need council approval?+
For most residential setups under 2 days, no permit is needed. We can provide engineering certificates if your council asks.
Is setup and pack-down included?+
Crew install and pack-down is always done by us — never DIY — and charged separately. Setup morning of event, pack-down Monday or Tuesday after.
What if it rains?+
Our clearspan marquees are fully enclosed with PVC walls and roof. Rain is not a problem.
How much notice do you need?+
Ideally 2–4 weeks for peak weekends (Oct–Mar). We've done same-week bookings when equipment is available — call Joe to check.
