What sizes of marquee do you hire in Brisbane?

We hire clearspan marquees from 6m × 3m (18m², 15 seated) up to 8m × 30m (240m², 200 seated / 400 cocktail). 6m-wide goes up to 6m × 30m, 8m-wide up to 8m × 30m, all engineered to 80km/h winds. Brand-new 10m wide range (up to 10m × 30m / 300m²) coming late 2026 — now taking enquiries. 6m × 6m pagodas also available for ceremonies, markets and pop-ups.

How much does marquee hire cost in Brisbane?

Marquee hire starts from $550 ex GST for a 6m × 3m clearspan and scales with size — an 8m × 15m for 100-guest cocktail is from $1,900 ex GST, the new 8m × 30m is from $3,400. All prices are equipment-only. Delivery, setup and pack-down are quoted separately per postcode. 10m wide pricing is on inquiry for late 2026 bookings.

What's included in marquee hire?

Equipment pricing covers the marquee frame, roof and side walls. Delivery, professional install by our crew, and pack-down are quoted as separate line items — never hidden in equipment pricing. Flooring, lighting, furniture and dance floors are optional add-ons from our catalogue.

How big a marquee do I need for my guest count?

As a rule of thumb: 1m² per seated guest (round-table banquet), 0.5m² per cocktail guest. 50 seated needs around 50m² (a 6m × 9m), 100 seated needs around 100m² (an 8m × 12m or 8m × 15m). Use our Size Finder tool at /size-finder/ for a precise recommendation.

Do you install the marquee or is it DIY?

Every marquee is installed by our in-house crew. We do not supply marquees for DIY install — our wind rating and engineering only applies when our trained crew erects, ballasts and ties down the structure.

How far in advance should I book?

4–6 months for Saturday weddings in peak season (March–May, September–November). 2–3 months for weekday corporate events. Shoulder and off-peak bookings often turn around inside 2–3 weeks.
