Layout drives the size more than headcount alone:

Logistics

Power, Flooring and the Practical Stuff

Power: corporate AV, lighting and catering usually need generators — plan power early; it's the thing most often forgotten.

Flooring: essential on grass for heels, trolleys and a professional finish (~$15/m²).

Access: marquees need gate/driveway width to get the structure in — flag tight sites at quote time.

Delivery is quoted separately per postcode from our Bray Park base and shown live in your quote — always a separate line, never bundled into the marquee price and never free; no hidden “service fees” either. A 40% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due 30 days before your event; everything's plus GST on a proper tax invoice. Larger 10m-wide marquees are price-on-application — talk to us and we'll scope it.
