Do you hire marquees for trade shows and expos?
Yes — multi-day trade show and expo marquees are a core service. Clearspan structures from 18m² to 168m² for exhibitor stands, activation zones, media hubs and outdoor overflow. WHS/SWMS docs, engineering certificates and GST tax invoices provided.
Can you do a multi-day exhibition build?
Yes. Standard builds run Thursday setup / Saturday event / Monday pack-down. For week-long exhibitions we price per-additional-day — significantly cheaper per-day than single-day hire.
Do your marquees meet commercial WHS standards?
Yes. Every clearspan structure is engineered to Australian Standards and rated to 80km/h winds. SWMS, risk assessments, engineering certificates and our WHS pack are available on request.
Can we brand the marquee with logos?
Yes. Clear-roof PVC works beautifully for branded media walls, step-and-repeat entry, projection mapping and night-visuals activations. Your signage partner supplies the graphics — we supply the structure, power and installation.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. PO accepted from established corporate clients, full GST tax invoices, NET-30 terms available on approved trade accounts. ABN 51 539 787 834.
Do you handle power for expos?
Yes. We own generators 2kVA through 60kVA — enough to run stage, LED walls, PA, exhibitor stands and coffee carts from a single structure. For mains-power venues we bring the distribution cabling and RCD protection.
What venues do you service?
Any venue across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast — showgrounds, convention centre outdoor spaces, industrial yards, sports grounds, university campuses, commercial car parks, rooftops with ballast, and private estates.
How fast can you quote for an exhibition?
Most quotes go out the same business day. Multi-item exhibition packages typically within 24 hours. We don't take the 3–5 business day lag most event suppliers do.
