Our clearspan aluminium marquees provide a clean, high-roof interior with no centre poles and no visual distractions. Festoon lighting runs across the ceiling, Americana chairs sit at round tables, and the dance floor sits centre-stage exactly where you want it. The structure itself becomes part of the event aesthetic.

We've set up for corporate galas, black-tie fundraisers, charity balls, and industry awards nights across Brisbane and South East Queensland. We understand the timeline — setup the afternoon before, clear access for your decorators and caterers the morning of, pack-down the following day without disrupting anything else on the property.

Clearspan Marquee

Aluminium clearspan structure with full PVC roof and removable side walls. High eave height, no internal supports. Available from 8m × 12m to 8m × 21m and beyond. Rated to 80km/h winds with full weatherproofing.

Festoon Lighting

Warm white festoon string lighting draped across the full ceiling of the marquee. The defining visual element of a well-styled gala marquee. Creates depth, warmth, and a sense of occasion that a bare ceiling simply doesn't.

Americana Chairs

White Americana chairs — the gala dinner standard. Clean lines, photographable, and comfortable for a three-course dinner. Hired per unit and placed by our crew during setup. Collect and remove the following day.

Cocktail Tables

High cocktail tables for pre-dinner drinks, networking areas, and bar surrounds. Mix with round tables for a dinner zone and a separate cocktail/bar zone — a common layout for galas with 120+ guests.

Dance Floor

Interlocking hardwood panels installed during setup. Sized to your layout — typically 6m × 6m or 8m × 6m for a 100–150-person gala. Positioned in the marquee plan we confirm with you before setup day.

Delivery & Setup

Professional setup by Kane and Joe — not a random subcontractor. We arrive the day before, position every piece, and confirm the layout matches your floor plan before we leave. Pack-down is the following morning.

For 150 seated guests with a dance floor, an 8m × 21m clearspan marquee (168m²) gives comfortable space for round tables, a dedicated dance floor, a small stage, and a bar area. For 100–120 guests, an 8m × 15m or 8m × 18m works well. Contact Joe with your guest count and layout requirements for an accurate recommendation.

Is delivery and setup included in gala dinner marquee hire?

Delivery, professional setup by our crew, and pack-down are quoted and charged separately from the equipment hire price, based on your venue's postcode and access. For gala events we typically set up the day before to allow time for furniture staging and styling by your decorators.

Can you supply a certificate of currency for our venue or council?

Yes. We carry $20M public liability (Public & Products Liability) insurance and can provide a certificate of currency the same day you ask. This is a standard requirement for gala venues, council-owned parks, and charity event organizers. Just ask Joe when you enquire.
