Can you set up in a standard Brisbane backyard?
Yes. A 6m × 6m fits most 30-guest parties, 6m × 9m handles 60 cocktail, 8m × 12m fits 100 cocktail in larger blocks. Send us a photo or pin of your yard and we'll confirm the best fit.
Do you hire items individually or only as packages?

How far ahead should we book?
4–6 weeks for most backyard parties; 2–3 months for busier weekends through spring and the Christmas party season. Shorter-notice bookings often possible outside peak.
What if it rains or storms?
Our clearspan frames are engineered to Australian Standards and rated to 80km/h winds. PVC walls zip fully closed to keep rain out. Our crew monitors the forecast in the 72 hours before your event.
Do you do 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th birthdays?
Every single week. Milestone birthdays are our bread and butter — most are 50–150 guest cocktail parties at homes or community halls.
Can you supply power for off-grid parties?
Yes. We own generators from 2kVA through 60kVA. A 6kVA typically runs festoon, PA and caterer power for 100 guests.
Do you do kids' parties?
Yes — sun-shade only marquees for daytime kids' parties are a regular weekend job. No flooring needed for most kids' events, just lawn and shade.
