What size marquee do I need for a sporting club presentation night?
For a presentation or awards night with 80–100 guests seated, an 8m × 12m clearspan marquee (96m²) works well. For 120–150 guests, step up to an 8m × 18m. We can advise on layout for a stage or podium setup — contact Joe with your guest count and we'll confirm the right size.
Can you set up a marquee on a sporting ground or oval?
Yes. Our clearspan marquees use ground pegs on grass and ballast blocks on hard surfaces — no permanent fixtures required. For council or club-owned grounds we recommend confirming permit requirements with the venue manager before booking. We can provide a certificate of currency ($20M public liability) for venue sign-off.
Do you supply furniture and lighting for sporting events?
Yes. Americana chairs, trestle tables, cocktail tables, and festoon lighting are all available as add-ons. For a presentation night setup we typically recommend festoon lighting, round or trestle tables, and Americana chairs. Add-ons are quoted per item — contact Joe for a bundled price.
