What IS Included in Marquee Hire
Every marquee hire from In-Tents Events comes with the following — the structure and insurance are part of the hire, while delivery, setup and pack-down are always done by our own crew (never DIY) and charged separately, quoted per booking:
The complete clearspan aluminium frame, roof cover (white PVC), and all connecting hardware. No centre poles. Engineered to 80km/h wind rating.
Solid white PVC walls included. Additional clear PVC wall panels can be added for a view or a more open feel — priced per panel. You choose what goes where.
Our own crew drives to your site — never DIY. All equipment transported on our vehicles, so you don't organise a truck or pick anything up. Delivery is charged separately to your hire and quoted per postcode by distance from Bray Park.
Our crew assembles the entire structure at your site — never DIY. Typical setup time is 2–4 hours for standard sizes. You're handed over a standing, secured, level marquee ready for decorating. Setup labour is charged separately and quoted per booking.
After your event, our crew returns to dismantle and remove everything — never DIY. You don't touch the structure, you don't need to be there. Just leave the site clear of your own items. Pack-down is charged separately and quoted per booking.
We carry $20M public liability insurance on every hire. If your venue or council asks for a certificate of currency, we can supply one. No extra charge.
What Is NOT Included in Base Hire
Base marquee hire is the structure itself; delivery, setup and pack-down are done by our own crew and charged separately on top. The following are not part of base hire either, but can be added to your quote individually or as part of a package:

Table linen, chair covers, and centrepieces are not part of our hire. Co-ordinate with your decorator separately.
Food, beverages, and bar service are entirely separate. We can recommend caterers who regularly work with our marquees.

How Delivery, Setup & Pack-Down Works
Delivery, setup and pack-down are all done by our own crew — never DIY — and charged separately to your equipment hire. The service covers the driver coming to your site with the equipment, the crew building the structure (2–4 hours depending on size), and the return visit after your event to dismantle and remove everything.
Delivery is quoted separately per postcode based on distance from our Bray Park depot. Most inner Brisbane suburbs are 20–35km from depot. We make typically 4 trips per job (drop equipment, return for assembly crew, dismantling, final clear). The calculator in our cart gives you an instant delivery figure for your address.
You don't need to be on site for pack-down — just make sure the area is clear of your own items. We take the marquee, we take the accessories, and we leave the site as we found it. No mess, no bits left behind, no chasing anyone for a missed pick-up.

Does marquee hire include delivery and setup?+

Do I need to be on site when you set up or pack down?+
For setup, it helps to have someone on site to confirm positioning and answer any questions about wall placement. For pack-down, you don't need to be present — just clear the marquee of your own belongings before we arrive. We'll handle everything else.
Can I add furniture and lighting to my marquee hire?+
Yes. Furniture, lighting, flooring, dancefloors, and generators are all available as add-ons. Our Pack 2 and Pack 3 bundles include the most common combinations at a bundled price. You can also add individual items to any base hire — use our online cart to build your custom quote.
Is a damage deposit required?+
A 40% booking deposit confirms your event date. The balance is due 30 days before the event. Bookings within 30 days require full payment. There is no separate damage bond, but equipment damage is covered under our hire terms and any repair or replacement cost would be invoiced separately after the event.
