What's included when I book event hire with In-Tents?
Everything you need to stand up an event: clearspan marquees (18m² to 168m²), Pro-Floor modular flooring, festoon and LED lighting, round tables, chairs, bar tables, stools, dance floors, generators (2kVA to 60kVA), cold rooms, and bars. One crew, one truck, one invoice.
Can you actually supply a full event from one vendor?
Yes, that's what we're built for. 314+ events delivered. You don't chase five vendors — one call to Joe, one GST invoice, one crew on site.
How do you price event hire?
Every product page has transparent per-item pricing with a live cart that totals in real time. Equipment shown ex GST (business price) and inc GST at checkout. Delivery, setup and pack-down are separate line items quoted per postcode — never hidden.
Do you cover multi-day events?
Yes. Multi-day builds (Thursday setup, Saturday event, Monday pack-down, or longer for festivals and conferences) have per-additional-day rates. Full-week builds are routine.
What service areas do you cover?
All of South East Queensland — Brisbane metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, Redlands, Scenic Rim, Toowoomba, Gympie, Bribie Island, Samford Valley, Dayboro. Delivery quoted per postcode.
How fast can you quote?
Most quotes go out the same business day. Complex multi-item packages within 24 hours. Joe replies fast — no 3-day corporate-supplier lag.
Are you GST registered?
Yes. ABN 51 539 787 834, GST registered, full tax invoices for business clients, PO accepted on approved trade accounts. NET-30 terms available.
