Premium Marquee Hire in Caboolture
Caboolture is both one of our most accessible regional areas and one of the most diverse event markets in SEQ. Our Bray Park (North Brisbane) HQ is roughly 40km from Caboolture township via the Bruce Highway — standard outer-metro delivery, no regional surcharge for most Caboolture suburbs. The corridor from Morayfield through Burpengary East, Bellmere and Caboolture South down to Narangba is effectively a continuous suburban run for us. Caboolture and Morayfield metro: The Caboolture–Morayfield township area has a large and growing residential population — master-planned estates on the coastal side, older Queenslander-era homes closer to the CBD, and a strong Pacific Islander and Pasifika community that regularly books our larger marquee structures for 150–200+ guest celebrations. 8m × 18m and 8m × 21m are common sizes here. Morayfield's newer estate lots (600–800m²) suit the 6m-wide range for typical 50–80 guest backyard events. Bellmere, Wamuran and the hinterland transition: North of Caboolture, the character shifts quickly from suburban to rural — Wamuran, Beerburrum and Elimbah have acreage properties and hobby farms with the space for large-marquee events. These properties often don't have mains power in the paddock areas, so generator hire is standard here. We own 2kVA through 60kVA generators in-house — a 6–10kVA unit covers full festoon, caterer and PA for 100 guests. Woodford and the D'Aguilar Highway corridor: Woodford is best known for the folk festival, but the broader Woodford area has plenty of rural properties and community events year-round. The D'Aguilar Highway through D'Aguilar township to Kilcoy passes through some beautiful event country — cattle properties, community show grounds, and rural halls that benefit from marquee overflow. Kilcoy is at the outer edge of our service range — delivery is quoted at a regional rate for anything past Woodford. Council considerations: Caboolture and Morayfield sit in Moreton Bay Regional Council territory. Council parks and reserve events require MBRC event permits — we provide engineering documentation for permit applications. Most of our Caboolture bookings are on private residential or rural property, which bypasses the permit layer. Pricing is standard throughout: 6m × 9m from $1,050, 8m × 15m from $1,900, Pro-Floor from $15/m², festoon from $50/strand. Delivery and setup always quoted separately per postcode.

Caboolture — Frequently Asked Questions
Do you service Caboolture and Morayfield? +
Yes — all of Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary East, Bellmere and Narangba are within our standard outer-metro delivery zone, roughly 40km from our Bray Park HQ. No regional surcharge applies.
Do you deliver to Woodford and Kilcoy? +
Yes, with a regional delivery surcharge for Woodford and beyond. Woodford is about 60km from our HQ; Kilcoy is further. Both are quoted as separate line items on every package before you commit.
Can you handle large Pacific Islander weddings in Caboolture? +
Yes, regularly. 150–200+ guest Pasifika and multicultural celebrations are common in the Caboolture–Morayfield area. 8m × 18m to 8m × 24m structures with Pro-Floor and festoon are standard for these events.
Do Wamuran and Bellmere properties have mains power for generators? +
Often not in the paddock area. We own generators from 2kVA through 60kVA in-house — a 6–10kVA unit covers full festoon, caterer cool-room and PA for a 100-guest event. Generator hire is quoted separately.
Is the Caboolture area within your regular delivery schedule? +
Yes. We head north multiple times per week, making the Caboolture run part of our regular delivery schedule rather than a one-off trip. That keeps delivery fees sharp.
