The corridor from Morayfield through Burpengary East, Bellmere and Caboolture South down to Narangba is effectively a continuous suburban run for us. <strong>Caboolture and Morayfield metro:</strong> The Caboolture–Morayfield township area has a large and growing residential population — master-planned estates on the coastal side, older Queenslander-era homes closer to the CBD, and a strong Pacific Islander and Pasifika community that regularly books our larger marquee structures for 150–200+ guest celebrations. 8m × 18m and 8m × 21m are common sizes here. Morayfield's newer estate lots (600–800m²) suit the 6m-wide range for typical 50–80 guest backyard events. <strong>Bellmere, Wamuran and the hinterland transition:</strong> North of Caboolture, the character shifts quickly from suburban to rural — Wamuran, Beerburrum and Elimbah have acreage properties and hobby farms with the space for large-marquee events. These properties often don't have mains power in the paddock areas, so generator hire is standard here. We own 2kVA through 60kVA generators in-house — a 6–10kVA unit covers full festoon, caterer and PA for 100 guests. <strong>Woodford and the D'Aguilar Highway corridor:</strong> Woodford is best known for the folk festival, but the broader Woodford area has plenty of rural properties and community events year-round.
