The Pine Rivers corridor runs from Strathpine and Brendale north through Lawnton, Petrie, Kallangur, Murrumba Downs, and Kurwongbah. Every suburb in this corridor sits within a 15-minute drive from our depot — all quoted at our inner-zone delivery rate, which is often the cheapest in our entire network. If you're within 10km of Bray Park, our delivery is cheaper than almost any other Brisbane marquee company's inner-city rate. The blocks in this corridor are some of the best for marquee events in Brisbane. Original Pine Rivers quarter-acre subdivisions in Lawnton, Petrie and older Strathpine streets give you room for 8m × 15m to 8m × 18m without touching a fence. The newer estate subdivisions in Murrumba Downs and Kallangur have somewhat smaller lots but excellent access — wide driveways, flat lawns, no overhead power issues.
