10 round tables (1.8m) seating 80 guests with comfortable spacing, a 4x3m dance floor, and a bar area. For a more spacious layout, 8 tables (64 guests) with a larger dance floor and lounge zone.
Is an 8x12 big enough for a live band? +
Yes. A standard 4-piece band needs about 4m x 3m of stage space. In the 8x12, you can have a full band setup alongside 8-9 dining tables (64-72 guests) and a dance floor.
What is the cost of a fully set up 8x12 marquee? +
Pack 1 (marquee only): $1,600. Pack 2 (with flooring and lighting): $3,620. Pack 3 (full event with dancefloor and exterior festoons): $4,270. Furniture, generators, and other add-ons quoted separately.
How long before my event should the 8x12 be set up? +
We set up the day before your event (or early morning same day for afternoon events). Full setup with flooring and lighting takes 4-5 hours. Pack-down is the day after your event.
