Pack 1 covers the bare structure. Pack 2 adds timber flooring and festoon lighting — at 240m² the flooring makes a transformative difference. Pack 3 includes furniture. A generator is effectively mandatory at this scale — catering, bar fridges, DJ, and full lighting will exceed most residential supplies.
