10m x 9m Marquee Hire — Coming to Brisbane Late 2026
At 90m², the 10m x 9m is a genuinely square marquee — 10m wide and 9m deep. That shape makes it one of the most versatile structures in the 10m range. Seated capacity is 75 guests at round tables with a dance floor included. Cocktail-style the space handles 100 comfortably. The square floor plan means no awkward long-room dynamics — guests at every table are roughly equidistant from the front of the room.
The 10m clearspan range is launching late 2026 with pricing on enquiry. For events at this capacity happening before then, the 8m x 12m (96m²) is the closest currently available option. The 10m x 9m will offer a wider room with a squarer aspect ratio — meaningful for events where stage or entertainment positioning matters. Register interest via the contact page for early access when bookings open.
When launched, the 10m x 9m will be available with full timber flooring, festoon lighting, and furniture packages. For context on sizing: the 10m x 6m below seats 50 and the 10m x 12m above seats 100. Enquire here to register interest.
Ideal For
- ✦ Wedding ceremony and reception — 75 seated guests in a square, open room with no awkward sightlines
- ✦ Milestone birthday — 75–100 guests in a wide structure with room for a dance floor
- ✦ Corporate event — 75 in conference or banquet layout with presentation space
- ✦ Cocktail function — 100 guests in a wide, socially open floor plan
Setup tip: Requires approximately 14m wide × 11m long of flat, clear site. The 10m span needs a site assessment before booking to confirm ground suitability for anchoring. Available from late 2026 — register your interest now for early access.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will the 10m x 9m be available? +
The full 10m range is launching late 2026. Register your interest via the contact page and we'll reach out when bookings open.
What's available now for 75–100 guests? +
The 8m x 12m (96m²) is the closest currently available size — it seats 80 guests at round tables. The 10m x 9m will offer a wider room when it launches.
How much does the 10m x 9m cost? +
Pricing is on enquiry. The 10m range involves heavier engineering and installation requirements than 6m or 8m structures. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Is the 10m x 9m a good shape for a marquee? +
Yes — a near-square footprint is excellent for events. It avoids the 'corridor' feel of long narrow structures and means guests at every table have similar proximity to the front of the room. It's one of the most usable shapes in the range.
